Knife? That butter knife now has the stats and value to prove it. Single-handedly slaughter the entire Stormcloak army with a butter Signature Equipment enables your weapons and armor to scale through achievement. Iit seems that mod Signature Equipment is upgrading items as you kill. This seems to always kill the hotkey link (I need to retest though).
So the hot key IS working just the item that the hotkey was calling for is non existent in the EXACT form it was before. The Phantom part was fixed in the last upgrade of SkyUI, so you can add the upgraded item back into the list.
